Kit includes the pattern with full instructions and fabrics for front and binding. Please note the border fabric in the kit is the Royal Blue Animal print (see image) not the Turquoise Ark shown in the pattern image
There is a correction to this pattern in the zebra background it is correct in the cutting guide at (8½" x 9½") but incorrect in the pattern on page 3.
